JD - Team Leader (Presales / tele calling)
Leading 25-30 pre-sales calling team.
Give training to new joinee who has joined in presales team.
Getting knowledge of all projects company is marketing.
Allot targets to the team and make strategy to achieve those targets.
Follow up with potential Leads of tele callers on daily basis.
Handling all enquiries from ATL and BTL campaigns.
Co-ordinate with presales and process the tagging on developer site.
Feedback call with customer on visited site.
Co-ordinate with sales manager for site visits and follow-up.
Motivating tele Calling team for achieving their targets.
Sending daily MIS to the Senior Management.
Skills:
Fluency in any 2 languages: English / Hindi / Marathi / Gujrati
Good relationship building quality.
Solution –oriented analytical Skills.
Strong Leadership Skills.
Well –versed with MS office and CRM software
Good time management skills
Team Management
Target Driven and Go Getters.
Presentable personality.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years as TEAM LEADER in REAL ESTATE preferable in handling Tele Callers.
